Operators should assure whether meters and instrument are under normal condition.

1.    All employees that enter into the shot blasting room should wear goggles and safety helmet.

2.    Operators should check the equipment everyday.

Including lubricated part and machinery part

Lubricated part: speed reducer, hydraulic pressure, atomized lubricator and bearing chain

Machinery part: wearable state of wearable parts, wearable parts that are easy to be damaged

Register wearable parts everyday and exchange timely

3.    Oil should be timely added for lubricated parts

4.    Directional jacket should be timely adjusted and exchanged

5. Check whether the steel sheet piling volume is enough or not everyday
