Proper maintenance is necessary while being used for production after installation and debugging. 1. Machinery oil, lubricant or grease must be added periodically according to different demands.
2. Check airproofing parts (parts that are easily damaged) everyday and exchange damaged ones
3. Check guarding plate everyday and exchange damaged ones
4. Check guarding plate, vane, impeller, directional jacket and impeller twice for every shift and exchange the damaged ones
5. Secondary examination should be carried out for electric system.
6. All driving parts should be checked twice for every week Cleaning results should be checked by operators timely, stop if it is abnormal, then check the whole machine
