Remark |
As updated product with wide purposes, its technical performance and index has reached standard of similar products in foreign countries, it is effective dust catching method to remove dust. It has following advantages in contrast with impulse bag type dust catcher or mechanical back-blow bag type dust catcher:
1. Dust catcher has function of centrifugal circumrotating separation dust inertia clamping and filter bag delivery three archives.
2. Adopt dual bags, small cubage, large filter area, wind volume is enhanced 2 times or above which greatly prolongs service life of filter belt
3. Dust on surface of filter belt can be swiftly shaken off by back-blow device on top cover with accurate orientation and good effect.
4. Adopt gear-wheel speed-reducing torque to drive dust catching valve, automatic dust-discharging is realized.
5. Dust-catching efficiency can be99.7% or above, dust density is far lower than rules in 《GBJ4J-73》
