As updated product of our company, its technical performance and index have reached standard of similar products in foreign countries and it is effective dust-catch equipment for purifying and removing dust in foundry industry and it has following advantages in contrast with impulse bag type dust catcher and mechanical back-blow bag type dust catcher:
1. Adopt square container structure with beautiful appearance, wind inlet guarding plate can separate coarse dust and avoid air current with dust to impact the filter bag which has greatly lessened load of filter bag.
2. Mechanical vibratory dust cleaning, simple technology, low consumption, less damageable parts, high wind volume.
3. Round bags are suspended onto vibrating tube in the dust catcher without framework to save materials.
4. Inside filter type wind-inlet and mechanical vibratory structure is adopted with good cleaning effect, dust with certain temperature and viscidity can also be cleaned.
5. Dust-catching efficiency can be 99.5% or above, dust density is far lower than rules in 《GBJ4-73》.
This series of dust catcher has compacted structure, small cubage, light weight, high efficiency, low resistance, easy repair, reliable running, low cost and excellent effect.
