Introduced from foreign countries, this device has been designed in October in 1993 after investigation and research. It fits for cleaning oxidated layer and old oil paint on surface of old and new steel cylinder, surface can be coated after certain coarseness is got. It can be installed and applied on any surface and is driven by one group of stepless shift gears driver with high efficiency, top-grade quality, good airproofing level and long service life without leaks. Inside casing is made of high-manganese steel plates.
Equipped with feeding and discharging line, working pieces can be discharged automatically, 240 to 300 pieces can be cleaned per hour, elected as excellent product in International Foundry Expo in 1994, national patent product, no. 94 2 408438.
